Introduced OT LIFE kits, teaching videos, and standardized care pathways to improve patient engagement.
Results
Increased program coverage to 100% of eligible patients, saving $6,471 in annualized costs and reducing time burden.
Conclusion
OT LIFE program demonstrates cost-effective care and sustainable improvements in stroke rehabilitation.
Lessons Learnt
Collaborative multidisciplinary efforts and clear communication improve access and outcomes.
