Phased elimination of casenotes through PDSA cycles and collaboration with stakeholders.

Achieved a 100% reduction in physical casenotes, saving 1,200 man-hours annually.
Conclusion
Eliminating casenotes improved resource allocation and sustainability in workflow.
Lessons Learnt
Streamlined workflow led to better care and efficient redeployment of staff.
