Aims
Engage staff, especially doctors, to improve morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Background
Traditional engagement platforms like town halls didn’t fit doctors' busy schedules. Pulse survey showed lower satisfaction.
Methods
Coffee chats with CEOs were held in casual settings, facilitated by mobile coffee carts.
Results
100% doctors found the sessions meaningful, with 18 ideas raised and addressed. Over 50 doctors attended across 5 sessions.
Conclusion
A safe, casual, and effective way to engage doctors has led to increased satisfaction and morale.
Lessons Learnt
Informal, small group settings foster open feedback and idea sharing; timing flexibility is key.
