Methods
Established Talent Review Boards (TRB) for cluster-wide talent review, using a 3H framework for talent assessment.
Results
100% participants reported better talent oversight; 90% improved development planning. Structured TRB achieved a 4/5 usefulness rating.
Conclusion
Annual TRB reviews facilitate cluster-level development and ensure continuity in talent management.
Lessons Learnt
Cross-institution talent reviews enable effective succession planning and a stronger leadership pipeline.
