To create a holistic event addressing staff’s social, physical, and mental well-being needs.
Background
The pandemic reduced workplace social interaction, highlighting the need for holistic staff well-being initiatives.
Methods
Conducted needs analysis survey; organized month-long activities focusing on social, physical, and mental well-being.
Results
Significant staff participation: 186 attendees in webinars, 26 staff logged 1050.92 km hiking/cycling, 55 joined social games.
Conclusion
NNI FUN FEST fostered reconnection and resilience; plans to make it an annual event.
Lessons Learnt
Needs analysis-driven events effectively address holistic well-being and enhance workplace engagement.
