Aims
Evaluate the user experience and identify improvements for the National Drug Formulary (NDF) website.
Background
NDF was launched to consolidate localized drug-related information into a single resource for healthcare professionals.
Methods
Conducted an online survey (FormSG) over 2 weeks; received 213 responses from local professionals.
Results
64.4% rated the website ≥ 4/5; 63% appreciated consolidated information; suggestions included improved search and mobile app.
Conclusion
NDF met its objective as a reliable resource but requires enhancements and outreach for broader adoption.
Lessons Learnt
Increased outreach and UI enhancements are essential to improve awareness and usability.
