Challenges engaging seniors in Active Ageing Programs due to lack of motivation and outreach challenges.
Methods
Implemented loyalty cards allowing seniors to earn rewards for participating in programs and redeem them at the MoCa Mini Mart.
Results
Increased participation in Active Ageing Programs; improved seniors' functional status and reduced social isolation.
Conclusion
The rewards program fostered active participation and improved physical and mental well-being.
Lessons Learnt
Incentive systems effectively encourage sustained participation in health programs.
