Methods
Introduced SikuliX-based RPA tool for batch processing and indexing accuracy validation.

Indexed 99,672 documents, saving 1,080 hours and $44,239 annually; improved indexing accuracy to 95%.
Conclusion
Successful automation improved document management efficiency and reduced operational costs.
