Aims
To engage staff through a virtual interactive learning platform that fosters connection and learning during lunch hours.
Background
The pandemic reduced social interactions and increased stress levels among staff.
Methods
Weekly virtual sessions covering wellness, cultural sharing, and practical skills, accessible live and via playback.
Results
518 live attendees, over 5300 playbacks, and positive feedback on improved engagement and mental wellness.
Conclusion
The LOL initiative fostered engagement, learning, and well-being while bridging social gaps during the pandemic.
Lessons Learnt
Virtual platforms successfully promoted cross-site interactions and staff resilience during challenging times.
