Aims
To develop a collaborative workforce capable of co-creating shared goals, sustaining trusting relationships, and building networks to deliver integrated care.
Background
The healthcare landscape is dynamic, requiring workforce transformation to address challenges like aging populations and rising healthcare costs through Collective Leadership.
Methods
Implemented a three-pronged strategy: Engage (awareness), Enable (CL curriculum), Empower (deepening practice through resources and Communities-of-Practice).
Results
TTSH engagement scores improved from 79% to 83%. Positive programme evaluations highlighted increased team conversations and enhanced collective leadership behaviours.
Conclusion
Collective Leadership fosters co-creation, shared ownership, and agile collaboration across teams and networks to address future healthcare challenges.
Lessons Learnt
Sustaining change requires consistent CL practices, recognition of successes, and timely interventions.
