COVID-19 necessitated new approaches for inter-departmental collaboration to address challenges effectively.
Methods
Developed structured programs, established communication platforms, and documented processes for sustained collaboration.
Results
Achieved record-high GP referrals and hosted 26 webinars with an average attendance of 241 participants per session.
Conclusion
Inter-departmental teamwork enhances organizational performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lessons Learnt
