Aims

Clinical placements lacked adequate competency development, leaving students unprepared for independent patient care.
Methods
Introduced a structured education programme with tutorials, practical sessions, and case discussions. Surveys were conducted pre- and post-implementation.
Results
Competency scores increased from 2.4/5 to 3.4/5 post-programme. Students reported improved confidence and preparedness.
Conclusion
