Aims

To align SGH Health Assessment Centre (HAC)’s packages with HPB recommendations and promote early detection of health risks.

Background

HAC's previous setup lacked comprehensive and accessible information, limiting public engagement.

Methods

Developed an eBrochure, revamped website for user-friendliness, and included online appointment booking for easier access to HAC services.

Results

Positive feedback received for comprehensive content, improved layout, and aesthetics. eBrochure provided offline and online accessibility.

Conclusion

SGH HAC now offers aligned packages with improved public access and engagement, enhancing preventive care outcomes.

Lessons Learnt

Biannual reviews and user feedback ensure sustainability of improvements.
