Aims

Background
Nurses in Ward 7 lacked clinical proficiency in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) care, affecting patient outcomes.
Methods
Teaching series on WOC care topics. Pre-test and post-test knowledge assessments. Tracked self-efficacy scores and IAD prevalence.
Results
Pass rates increased from 14.3% to 100%. Self-efficacy scores improved from 6.32 to 9.13. IAD point prevalence reduced.
Conclusion
Clinical knowledge and confidence improved, fostering consistent WOC care and leadership development.
Lessons Learnt
Dedicated nurse groups and clinical leadership drive project success. Consistent training nurtures nursing standards.
