Methods
Streamlined workflows, introduced “Smart Prompts” for documentation, emphasized performance monitoring, and educated staff.
Results
Specialist-led outpatient reviews increased from 62.6% to 94.6%; achieved sustained results above 90%.
Conclusion
Streamlined workflows and smart prompts enhanced care quality, ensuring efficient use of manpower.
Lessons Learnt
Collaboration, education, and technology interventions significantly improved specialist care provision.
