Aims

Background
SOC patients delayed at Screening Stations due to “Yes” responses in health declarations, risking treatment delays.
Methods
Implemented SMS alerts, Tigertext chat groups, and isolation workflows at Clinic A23 to streamline processes.
Results
Minimal rescheduling achieved; SOC services resumed to 80–100% efficiency post-intervention.
Conclusion
Effective screening workflows enabled timely evaluations while protecting staff and patients.
Lessons Learnt
Close teamwork, communication, and workflow redesign ensured smooth patient flow during COVID-19.
