Aims
To improve mobility and quality of life among post-COVID elderly using Intelligent Computerized Equipment (ICE).
Background
Post-COVID elderly suffered from decreased mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
Methods
Engaged clients in ICE interventions involving strengthening and endurance exercises monitored every three months.
Results
90% of clients showed improved strength and quality of life over 12 months; significant increases in endurance and ADLs.
Conclusion
ICE significantly benefits elderly patients, addressing post-COVID recovery challenges effectively.
Lessons Learnt
ICE demonstrates measurable improvements in elderly care, emphasizing regular assessments.
