Aims
To improve patient care with electronic patient-reported outcomes (PROM) and experience measures (PREM).
Background
PROM and PREM traditionally relied on inefficient paper-based systems, creating data challenges.
Methods
Introduced ZEDOC platform, allowing digital capture of PROM/PREM, real-time analysis, and integration with EMRs.
Results
Achieved higher survey response rates (SGH: 13.6%; KKH: 19.3%), reduced costs, and improved patient satisfaction.
Conclusion
PROM/PREM digitalization enhances efficiency, patient experience, and clinical decision-making.
Lessons Learnt
