Methods
Created educational materials, distributed pain score rulers, implemented escalation protocols, and tracked compliance.
Results
Routine pain documentation compliance improved from 48% to 85%; post-intervention documentation compliance increased from 67% to 88%.
Conclusion
Pain score rulers and education enhanced compliance, improved pain management, and streamlined workflows.
Lessons Learnt
Visual aids and structured protocols improve staff receptiveness and patient outcomes.
