Education sessions during roll call, provision of reference sheets, and feedback audits.
Results
Compliance increased to 95.7% in Feb 2020; persistent errors analyzed for targeted solutions.
Conclusion
Sustained compliance with standardized EMOS comments enhanced safety for dysphagic patients.
Lessons Learnt
Education, visual aids, and ongoing feedback significantly improved compliance.
