Methods
Implemented Medical Dispensary System (MDS), MedBox, and Go-Bag to automate processes and optimize logistics.
Results
45.6% reduction in drug wastage, 96% reduction in waiting time, and manpower savings for logistics.
Conclusion
Successfully enhanced efficiency, safety, and manpower allocation using automation technologies.
Lessons Learnt
Automation can streamline workflows, reduce errors, and improve workforce efficiency.
