Methods
Introduced digital tracking sheets using Excel, leveraged shared drives for collaboration, and conducted two PDCA cycles.

Improved visibility of tag management; unaccounted tags were easily identified, enabling recovery.
Conclusion
Implemented a systematic tracking process, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing missing tag incidents.
