Methods
Developed an EPIC Order Set with Medical Informatics for streamlined, error-free test ordering.
Results
Time taken to complete test orders reduced to less than 1 minute; no missed tests or revenue loss.
Conclusion
EPIC Order Sets significantly improved workflow efficiency, saving clinical time.
Lessons Learnt
Multi-disciplinary collaboration is crucial; ongoing monitoring and feedback ensure success.
