Background
Manual connectivity processes for mobile diagnostics were time-consuming and prone to errors.
Methods
Integrated Cisco LTE modem routers with Singtel IPVPN for seamless and secure connectivity.
Results
Achieved 216 man-hour savings annually, improved connectivity reliability, and enabled rapid deployment during COVID-19.
Conclusion
IPVPN solutions improve operational efficiency and data security for NHGD mobile assets.
Lessons Learnt
