Compared costs, attendance, engagement scores, and staff diversity between virtual and in-person events.
Results
Virtual event had 110% higher participation and better engagement scores (4.37 vs. 3.92).
Conclusion
Virtual platforms are viable for organizational and educational initiatives post-pandemic.
Lessons Learnt
Virtual events can be cost-efficient and effective alternatives to in-person events.
