Background
Many wipes in the market contain synthetic fibers like polyester and polypropylene, which never degrade. The goal is to create biodegradable wipes that also perform well and are environmentally responsible.
Methods
Using biodegradable formulations and non-woven paper that degrades within months, using only natural fibers for wipes
Results
Successfully created a biodegradable wipe that can be composted, has no significant environmental impact, and performs well for consumers
Conclusion
Helping improve consumer awareness of sustainability and creating products that impact the environment positively
Lessons Learnt
Integration of natural fibers in wipes greatly reduces environmental impact. The development has led to the creation of more sustainable products and more awareness on biodegradable materials
