Methods
Engagement with HODs, off-site screenings, email reminders, and process optimization.
Results
Participation increased to 57% of staff population, a 19% improvement from 2015.
Conclusion
Systematic changes led to improved health screening participation and awareness.
Lessons Learnt
Tailored solutions addressing root causes effectively boosted participation.
