COVID-19 highlighted staff burnout and isolation, necessitating innovative ways to boost morale and mental health.
Methods
Developed and showcased artworks, vlogs, and videos to promote gratitude; integrated gratitude into staff induction programs.
Results
Positive feedback from 259 staff surveyed, with enhancements to workplace positivity and reduced burnout.
Conclusion
Building a positive organizational culture enhances workplace well-being and staff retention.
