Aims
Automate manual data tracking and reporting for 27 cost centers to improve productivity and efficiency.
Background
The manual process for tracking operating expenses was tedious, error-prone, and wasteful, requiring transcription into Excel.
Methods
Collaborated with IHIS to develop automated monthly reports, reducing manual transcription with an MS Access database.
Results
Reduced manual processing time from 480 minutes to 60 minutes monthly, saving 84 man-hours annually. Enhanced management oversight and eliminated printing waste.
Conclusion
Improved financial operations and oversight with enhanced productivity and environmental benefits.

Automation saves time, reduces errors, and supports sustainability.
