Background

SingHealth@Home brings hospital-level care into patients' homes, enabled by Dr Buddy's Remote Clinical Monitoring (RCM) capabilities.

Methods

Dr Buddy facilitates automatic transmission of clinical parameters from Bluetooth-enabled devices to a clinician dashboard via an API gateway, eliminating manual logging and health data submission requirements.

Results

Dr Buddy achieved an 86% enrolment rate during the pilot among patients aged 65 and above, a marked increase from the 21% average enrolment rate before enhancement.

Conclusion

Dr Buddy exemplifies One SingHealth in actiondelivering consistent, high-quality care while optimizing resources.

Lessons Learnt

The automated system reduces errors and allows healthcare teams to receive accurate patient information in real-time, demonstrating the viability of Dr Buddy through significant patient impact.
