Methods
Developed a secure platform for generating and distributing personalized electronic HR letters via SingHealth HRIS.
Results
60,000 electronic letters generated; significant cost and time savings; enhanced accessibility for employees.
Conclusion
The electronic letter platform transformed HR processes, aligning with sustainability and efficiency goals.
Lessons Learnt
