Methods
Implemented a mobile app to digitize Code Blue activation, tested over simulation runs across phases.
Results
87.5% of activations achieved instant alerts. Reduced activation errors caused by manual delays and network issues.
Conclusion
Digitization enhances the activation process, ensuring quicker Code Blue response times.
Lessons Learnt
Mobile app activation improves speed, reduces errors, and provides better Code Blue visibility.
