Background
The Joy & Meaning at Work COE was established to promote purpose and joy in work, addressing staff needs highlighted in engagement sessions.
Methods
Engagement sessions, gratitude events, and HEART huddles to foster positive emotions and build resilience.
Results
Improved employee engagement scores (2021 vs. 2019), low attrition rates, and positive feedback from staff and leadership.
Conclusion
Initiatives helped build a supportive, resilient workplace culture. Future plans aim to extend the COE's impact to larger domains.
Lessons Learnt
Regular acts of care and well-designed engagement initiatives effectively boost staff morale and connection to organizational goals.
