Transition CRC training to e-modules and webinars amid COVID-19 restrictions.
Background
COVID-19 restrictions halted face-to-face training, requiring adaptation to remote learning formats.
Methods
Developed e-modules with quizzes, conducted webinars with Q&A, issued certificates.
Results
Conducted remote training with 50 participants; received 4.3/5 feedback and 100% quiz pass rate.
Conclusion
Scalable remote learning for future training needs.
Lessons Learnt
Remote learning effectively maintained training continuity during disruptions.
