Methods
Developed interactive e-module featuring quizzes and videos, pilot launched with feedback integration, and wide-scale rollout with leadership backing.
Results
77.2% rated the module as "Good/Excellent". Participation from 30,000+ staff.
Conclusion
Future iterations to include intermediate and advanced ERM levels.
Lessons Learnt
E-learning promotes efficient knowledge delivery and fosters an ERM-aware culture.
