Applied Lean 5S, risk management, and regular audits. Conducted site visits and virtual meetings.

Achieved 94% compliance with multi-pronged approach. Initiatives were practical and addressed ground needs.
Conclusion
Set a benchmark for future pandemic safety management.
Lessons Learnt
People are essential for sustaining change; SMT alone isn't sufficient. Engagement and attitude matter.
