Methods
Conducted 15 semi-structured interviews with enrolled nurses; content analysis used to identify key themes and subcategories.
Results
Nurses play a critical role in nutritional care; identified challenges include workload, family non-cooperation, and language barriers.
Conclusion
Study highlights the potential of enrolled nurses in addressing malnutrition and improving elderly care outcomes.
Lessons Learnt
Upskilling and empowering enrolled nurses improve timeliness and quality of nutritional care in acute settings.
