Results
Virtual huddles scored higher in engagement, communication, productivity, and ease of logistics.
Conclusion
Virtual huddles are effective for remote collaboration and can complement face-to-face methods post-pandemic.
Lessons Learnt
Structured communication tools and processes effectively enhance team collaboration remotely.
