Aims
Enhance team resilience and psychological capacity in healthcare using Positive Psychology tools.
Background
High stress among healthcare teams during COVID-19 necessitated innovative tools to foster resilience.
Methods
Developed TeamTHRIVE™ curriculum with tools such as "3 Good Things," "Gratitude," and "1 Good Chat"; implemented Train-the-Trainer approach.
Results
166 participants completed the program; 98.1% satisfaction; significant increase in positive emotions observed (53.2% to 94.4%).
Conclusion
TeamTHRIVE™ has proven effective in enhancing resilience and will continue with a certified faculty.
Lessons Learnt
Positive Psychology tools promote well-being and resilience among healthcare teams, with scalable implementation.
