Recruited 18 seniors for evaluations using SPMSQ, BRIEF tools, and medication performance evaluation.
Results
Improved understanding of seniors’ profiles and needs; developed personas and tools for effective medication management.
Conclusion
AACs can support seniors by screening for challenges and creating tailored resources to improve medication adherence.
Lessons Learnt
Screening tools and workflows help AACs proactively address medication management challenges among seniors.
Additional Information
Future plans include piloting workflows at AACs.
