Nurses spend over 45 minutes daily contacting patients for prescription or referral collection, causing delays.
Methods
Implemented Bizlive electronic messaging system to streamline communications and contact patients faster.
Results
Decreased contact time from 4 minutes to 1.5 minutes, with a 64% time reduction and enhanced patient communication.
Conclusion
Electronic messaging improves communication and reduces patient delays effectively.
Lessons Learnt
Leveraging technology minimizes disruptions, increases efficiency, and optimizes manpower usage.
