Plan-Do-Check-Act approach with pre-and post-intervention qualitative surveys using a Likert scale.
Results
Elder-friendly boards enhanced engagement, reduced patient confusion, and promoted reminiscence and communication.
Conclusion
Boards significantly improve the quality of life for elderly residents while saving time and fostering motivation among patients and caregivers.
Lessons Learnt
Cost-effective implementation fosters community and ensures active participation from residents.
