Conducted educational workshops for AAC residents and analyzed pre- and post-workshop activation levels.
Results
Improved self-management and BP monitoring rates; post-workshop activation scores increased significantly.
Conclusion
Workshops positively influence BP self-management; scalability to other community settings is recommended.
