Aims
To automate and improve the management of training records, ensuring staff competency and compliance with training requirements.
Background
Staff training management was inefficient and lacked standardization, making it difficult to track progress and meet regulatory compliance.
Methods
Developed the E-TRAIN system to automate training record management, integrating it with HR systems for real-time updates.
Results
Streamlined training record management, reducing manual errors and administrative workload. Increased training compliance and saved time in accessing records.
Conclusion
E-TRAIN improved staff productivity, reduced costs, and improved compliance. It has been scaled across KTPH and is being extended to more departments.
Lessons Learnt
The success of this project was attributed to clear objectives, a collaborative approach, and the effective use of technology to streamline operations.
