Background
Brahm Centre is a mindfulness-based charity established in 2012, providing services to nearly 14,000 individuals, including youth, seniors, and corporate clients. They specialize in care management and the promotion of mental well-being.
Methods
The organization established a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to streamline and automate processes, providing a holistic client view. The CRM was customized in Salesforce based on staff feedback and facilitated services like Advance Care Planning and counseling.
Results
Since implementing the CRM system in 2021, the client base has increased by 270% annually, with significant increases in case records, referral tracking, and assessment processes. The number of discharged clients rose by 600%, reducing the manual effort needed to track client data.
Conclusion
The CRM system has enabled Brahm Centre to save time and funds, allowing them to focus on organizing events that promote healthier lifestyles and positively impact the community.
