SGH received 15,850 unique transport codes worth $97,750 as appreciation gifts for staff during COVID-19.
Methods
Leveraged Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Form.SG to automate SMS distribution and manage staff responses.
Results
Completed 15,850 code distributions in 8 hours vs. 88 manual hours; eliminated errors and reduced wastage.
Conclusion
Successfully engaged staff while ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective code distribution.
Lessons Learnt
Small, simple steps like RPA implementation can yield significant operational efficiency gains.
