Methods
Digitised the process using iPad 3D-scanners and protocol-based prescriptions; worked with BioLab (Australia) to optimize workflows.
Results
Reduced TAT to 7 days; saved manpower, reduced material wastage, and improved outcomes for offloading plantar foot ulcers.
Conclusion
Digitisation has become a standard practice, with plans for expansion through procurement of additional 3D scanners.
Lessons Learnt
Digitisation enhances efficiency and standardisation, highlighting the importance of collaboration with industry partners.
