Aims
To implement the SingHealth CIHH Audit Digital Application (App) and improve audit operations.
Background
Traditional paper-based audits were labor-intensive and prone to errors.
Methods
Developed, tested, and deployed the CIHH Audit App across SingHealth using Agile methodology.
Results
Achieved 100% adoption; reduced audit time by 67%, saving 5,280 minutes annually across audits.
Conclusion
The App transformed audit processes, making digital solutions the new norm for hand hygiene compliance.
Lessons Learnt
Agile development and stakeholder engagement are critical for digital transformation success.
