Background
Address challenges in managing seniors' attendance manually and ensuring record accuracy.
Methods
Developed an attendance system integrating backend automation and front-facing self-check-in using barcodes.
Results
Saved 8 staff hours weekly, improved client empowerment and digital literacy, and reduced physical record usage.
Conclusion
AWWA will develop an integrated database management system for all care services.

Automation and easy client interaction ensured sustained adoption and encouraged continuous digital transformation.
