Labor-intensive manual HR processes led to inefficiencies and low job satisfaction among HR staff.
Methods
Implemented digital workflows using the CHI Learning & Development (CHILD) System.
Results
Saved 31,960 pieces of paper yearly; 1,538 man-hours saved annually; cost savings of SGD 66,968.
Conclusion
Digitized HR processes aligned with Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives, enhancing employee experiences.
